What has happened to Noriega's head? Why has this pic been squashed?--Zleitzen 23:48, 17 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Reversion of August 2005 Censorship

[edit]

Thanks to Wikipedia Scanner, it's become apparent that significant portions of this article were censored back in August of 2005, and that the edits were never caught or reverted. Perhaps equally as disturbing as the fact that half the content of a page, including all its references, could be wiped out and never reverted, is the fact that the edits were performed by the US State Department. Anyway, I'd like to merge the old information and references back into the current article, so with no objections (posted here on the talk page), I'll do so in perhaps 3 days time. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.60.219.193 (talkcontribs)

I am the subject of this BIO and, on August 19, 2010, I deleted material that is false. I was NEVER a "lobbyist" for any government of Honduras at any time. And "policy of aggression" -- forgive me, but get a blog. Whoever runs this page should have the integrity to defend it from such nonsense. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 38.104.30.94 (talkcontribs)
You are not allowed to edit your own wikipedia page, for obvious reasons. Deleting true information about yourself because it is embarrassing is not allowed, like for example your opposition to democracy in Venezuela by publicly supporting the 2002 coup, for which you were denounced by Colin Powell. I'm sure is very embarrassing. But its true. Its notable, and it belongs on your record. And BTW you were a lobbyist for the "Business Council of Latin America" where you lobbied for support for the recent Honduras coup . http://narcosphere.narconews.com/notebook/bill-conroy/2009/08/former-us-ambassador-roger-noriega-hired-push-honduran-putsch-agenda Please refrain from vandalizing wikipedia 24.207.131.20 (talk) 16:35, 8 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Iran-Contra

[edit]

Does anyone (obviously anyone other than Roger Noriega) know about possible links to the Iran Contra Scandal? I was reading about it on Al Jazeera and came her for more information but found none. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 141.154.162.74 (talk) 21:12, 18 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Attention WikiLoons

[edit]

I am the subject of this so-called biography, which is routinely vandalized by left-wing lunatics who use this forum to make slanderous assertions with no basis in fact. I have a life, so I don't have time to continue to remove false information from this bio, but I will continue to make deletions until Wikipedia takes responsibility for preventing lies from being peddled as fact. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.231.226.59 (talk) 20:30, 17 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Be civil and diplomatic. This is not your article but an article about you. Proved reliable reference here on the talk page to those things you think need improving. Also read: Wikipedia:Conflict of interest for more guidance. Also, you have logged-on anonymously – how do we know you-are-really-you and not one of your adversaries trying on a trick or two? @Aspro: You realize you're responding to a three year old comment, no? Doubtful the poster has hung around waiting for a response. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 15:55, 26 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@WikiDan61 and VisionAmericas:Is a possibility that 96.231.226.59 is now user:VisionAmericas. Who's last edit was 2017-05-26T15:08:45 and still misspending and wasting his time by editing in the wrong way. Good point though. Will placed a quick note on User talk:VisionAmericas in the hope that we can improve the article by mutual co-operation. There is of-cause the danger that user:VisionAmericas is now a Wikipedia:Username_policy#Shared_accounts. Yet. If ‎ user:VisionAmericas can come back to us on this, we can easily sort that out. Many politician are not IT literate like yourself. They need a bit of guidance. Aspro (talk) 17:25, 26 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Indeed, this article has clear problems with regards to WP:BLP, WP:POV, and WP:RS. I have started by removing some content that violates WP:BLP, but I think more cleanup is necessary. Gnome de plume (talk) 17:51, 26 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
